Dress Code

Friday, July 2nd @ 6:30 PM - Welcome dinner: Upscale casual.

Saturday, July 3rd @ 11:30 AM - Ceremony: Formal and simple.

Saturday, July 3rd @ 5:15 PM - Reception: Formal and have lots of fun with it.

Children

Kids are welcome at all events. There is a kid-designated area adjacent to the welcome dinner & reception. Childcare and activities will be provided on the day of the wedding.

Parking

Parking will be provided at Les Terres D’ici. Overflow parking will be directed onto the Solvay property. Parking staff will direct you.

Shuttle

A shuttle will be running throughout the weekend between Dolce by Wyndham La Hulpe and Les Terres D’Ici according to the following schedule:

• July 2nd: 17:30-21:30, every 20 minutes.

• July 3rd: 10:00-11:15, 15:30-17:30, and 20:00-22:00 every 15 minutes. Otherwise, by request.

• July 4th: 09:30-12:30, every 20 minutes.
